DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS

· Basic versus Deluxe Coffee Table Wedding Albums.

We currently are offering either Basic Wedding Albums OR Deluxe Coffee Table Wedding

Albums which we will be happy to show you.

Our basic album design is a more basic design with one to twelve images on a page.

The background is one color through the whole album as chosen by the color of your party.

The prints in this album are all Professional prints embedded in an album meant to last a lifetime.

The Deluxe Album are custom designed in house by us.

Engagement Sessions Are Available

Engagement photos provide an opportunity to have casual photos of the bride and groom

before the wedding. Special locations are possible that may not be workable due to time

constraints on your Big Day. Location must be within 1 hour of our studio location. Your

personal website (noted below) will provide an online slide show of your Engagement Session.

· Personal web page containing all images on your personal drive.

Your personal website will showcase all the images of your wedding day. On this site your

guests may pre-register before the Big Day to view all your photos. Once the photos are posted

on-line you will view the photos before you share them with your friends and family. If for some

reason, there are photos you do not want to make public you may make them private. Once

you have previewed all the photos on your personal website, you may release the photos to

friends and family. Also on this site, your friends and family may purchase professional printed

images from your special day. This site is very interactive and will also allow your guests to

crop, enlarge, alter and purchase images. The images will be online for 90 days.

· Our professional service and attention on your wedding day.

One or two weeks before your Big Day you will be contacted to review your specific needs on

your wedding day.

·

Travel time limited to two hours without additional charge.

· No limit on photo locations on most collections.

Many brides have specific locations that have special meaning to the bride and groom. We are

willing to take photos at locations in addition to the church and reception hall. Please keep in

mind travel time and your wedding day schedule.

·  Drive containing full JPEG files of all images on your website with delivery of your

wedding album.

When your wedding album is delivered we will provide you with high-resolution images of your

Weddg Day, with printing rights.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHERS

Four of my collections include ONE photographer. You may add a second photographer

to these collections for just $300.00. My Deluxe Collection Three includes two

professional photographers. Please do keep one thing in mind: unlike a lot of my

competition, the second photographer is not a photographer in training or a family

member or friend with a camera in their hand just making noise with the shutter. Our

second photographers are seasoned professional photographers with years of

experience.

Please discuss your desire for TWO professional photographers when you book your

wedding date with Lifestyles Photography.

FYI: All the sample albums on my web site were done with one photographer. My years

of experience give me an edge when covering a wedding day. Plus I only use

professional cameras and lenses which lets me move quickly and capture great images.

WEDDING ALBUM VS A Drive OF IMAGES

What if you decide that you don’t want an album but just want a Drive of images? Our

first collection does NOT provide an album but does include a Drive with copyright

privileges to print and use as you desire. However, I want you to ask yourself some

questions about the future.

· Did you know that DVD’s suffer from a condition call DVD rot where over time

DVD’s just start to fall apart and can’t be read on your computer?

· Think about how often technology changes. Do you still have a VHS tape deck

in your house? Ten years from now do you think that you will still have a DVD

slot in your PC? Or if you do have a slot will it be using the same technology we

use today?

· Can you find the files from past vacations or family gatherings to have printed?

· Do you believe that your local drugstore or department store that offer photo

finishing is making it their top priority to maintain their processing to print images

to last a lifetime? Or do you believe, as I do, that the main reason they process

photos is to get you into the store. The pro labs I use to process all my images

charge me 4 to 10 times what a local photo finisher charges you. However, they

monitor their machines all day for color balance, chemical stability and have long

time employees trained to maintain quality. They want to make prints that last a

lifetime.

· Rolling Stone Magazine recently published a story how record companies are

finding out that some master tapes of the first all digitally recorded albums can’t

be accessed due to loss of information. Digital information isn’t like an analogue

recording or a negative that lose quality slowly as they are stored. Digital is

nothing but 1’s and 0’s -- the information is either there, or it’s not.

· I’m truly concerned that today’s bride with just a DVD will have nothing to share

with their children and family 10 years from now.

Proofing Options

I offer several options if you would like printed proofs of your wedding day.

Proof Magazine

Our proof magazine is 8X10 with six images per page. Depending on the amount of

proofs we publishe it would be two to three volumes. The images would have a rough

color balance which for a proof magazine is great. A proof magazine is the easiest way

to choose the photos for your wedding album.

Proof Prints

I offer two levels of proof prints. You would get a 4X6 print of every image that I have

posted on your Pictage Web Site.

Direct Proofs

These images are printed directly from the files, I have submitted . They do a

very basic correction for color and density. They would give you the same level of

quality as a proof magazine.

album. To use the pricing below the album design must be an exact duplicate of the

bride and groom’s album. If you would like changes made to the design, please contact

Parent Albums

Traditional Print Albums.

The prints for these albums are made on traditional photographic paper. Cover prints

are available with all 8X8 albums for an up charge.

Press Product Albums

The prints for these albums are made with a printing press. The photos have a slightly

different look. They are similar to photographs you see printed in books. Album size is

the outside dimensions of the album. The prints themselves will be smaller.

Press Product Albums are limited to 70 prints

Engagement Sessions

A basic engagement session for one hour at a location of your choice within one hour or

our studio is $175.00 dollars. We will post your images online and also post a slide

show of the session on line. Longer sessions, special locations and album are available.

A little bit about me

Chapman Photography is my small portable studio that specializes in custom

wedding photography. Capturing the emotion and splendor of your wedding day in

images is the main objective of my photography. My photography style leans more

toward photojournalism. After photographing more than 300 weddings I have the

experience to catch the hopes and dreams of your unique wedding day. I also have the

skills so that your wedding photography will flow seamlessly into your day’s schedule. I

truly love photographing weddings.

I use only professional photography equipment and lenses to capture your day.

This professional equipment permits me to acquire some of most moving and emotional

wedding day images. It’s very simple: my pro lenses and bodies focus faster and

respond to changes in light quicker than the lower price substitutes. Capturing once in

a lifetime photographs necessitates professional equipment. As a professional I use

only the best equipment, the best software, the best labs, a great album company. Your

wedding day, once in a lifetime event, demands nothing less.

With our deluxe collections all of the images I post on your private web site and

deliver to you on your high resolution disk are custom processed. The files used to print

the images used in your album, purchase prints from your web site and print at your

local photo processing kiosk will all have the same level of quality. The images with the

basic collections will have basic color correction done before posting them online and

providing you with a disk. Album prints for our basic collection albums will be custom

processed before printing. We cannot control the print quality from your local photo

processing kiosk.

Most of my collections include a custom designed wedding album because I

personally believe that any wedding collection that doesn’t come with a finished

wedding album is not complete. I have spoken with many married brides that have

opted to not have a wedding album as part of their wedding day collection thinking they

would create one at a later date. In most cases, the wedding album has never

happened and all they have to show for their beautiful day is a few prints and a disk full

of images. What better way to remember your day than a professionally designed

wedding album.

Your wedding is personally photographed by me, edited by me, and your unique

wedding album is designed by me personally, the photographer who experienced the

emotion and feel of your special day. My goal is to create something that will be

enjoyed by family, friends and children for generations to come.

What is the first step to hiring a photographer?

We would love to sit down and discuss your wedding day with you and the options our

studio offers to brides and grooms. We are very flexible with appointment times and are

willing meet you at a public location of your choice, such as Panera Bread or Starbucks.

We expect this visit to be very enjoyable, as we don’t believe in aggressive sales tactics.

At this first meeting, we will provide many samples of our professional work in addition to

many options for wedding albums. We will discuss your special needs and our willingness

to provide your specific needs. We truly want you to hire the photographer that meets your

needs. We are confident that you will agree the Lifestyles Photography is your studio of

choice.

Why is an album included with most of your collections?

One of the big, current trends in wedding photography is to offer collections "a la carte". The

main selling point is you may choose your wedding album after you have seen your

wedding photos. Some studios suggest that this will save you money before the wedding by

allowing you to purchase the album at a later date. However, we have found that the bride

and groom never purchase a wedding album after the wedding day. Couples are left with a

CD full of images and perhaps a few prints in a box.

You are choosing a professional photographer to capture the emotions of your wonderful

day and you will want to share the photographs with friends and family for years to come.

Consequently, most of our collections include a wedding album.

Do we receive a copyright free disk with all images?

Yes! With all collections you will receive a high resolution disk of all images on the web site.

For collections that include an album the disk will be delivered when we deliver your

wedding album.

Can we change the type and style of our wedding album?

Of course! We offer a great selection of wedding album styles. In addition, you don’t have to

choose or pay for changing the style of your wedding album before your wedding day.

Please realize that in most cases there may be an additional charge for changing wedding

album styles.

Who chooses the photos in our wedding album?

You choose the photos for your wedding album along with the cover photo and album color.

What about a second photographer to cover our wedding day?

An additional professional photographer can be added to any collection. At Lifestyles

Photography we only use experienced Professional Photographers. We never bring an assistant

or a photographer in training as our second photographer.

After more than 20 years of experience, I have found these are the most important items when

choosing the professional who will capture your Wedding Day.

· Choosing a photographer you personally like.

You will spend a great deal of time interacting with the photographer throughout your special

day. This choice can mean the difference in a stressful, rigid day or one that flows with the

events of the day. Be sure to choose someone with which you have a rapport.

· Meeting with your individual photographer.

At Lifestyles Photography, you will meet with the individual who will be capturing your Special

Day. Make sure the photographer you meet will be the photographer who will be covering your

wedding day.

· Looking at sample work.

Every photographer has a unique style of photographing and producing albums. Make sure the

sample work you view is work from the photographer with which you are meeting and that the

albums you are seeing are how you want your wedding album to look. Be sure to specifically

ask if the sample work you are viewing is the work of the photographer who will capture your

day.

· Posed photographs

Some brides are asking to eliminate the traditional posed photographs found in typical albums.

From experience, after the special day, brides wish they had photos of specific groups of

wedding participants and specific groups of family members. But it is your day and if you don’t

want any posed images we, as always, are glad to honor your request.

· Equipment breaks

Photographic equipment rarely breaks, but it is possible. Make sure your photographer has

equivalent back up equipment immediately available in case this happens.

· Photographer History

Last but not least, make sure your photographer has a track record of covering weddings for

several years. We are hearing more and more reports of photographers closing business before

the wedding day (with your deposit). Note: Professional photographers are required to charge

sales tax. And in this day an age, professional photographers should accept credit cards.
